Riga hotel of the French hotel chain “Accor” – “Ibis Riga Center” is 2 years old

Two years ago – on June 1st, the hotel of an economy class “Ibis Riga Center” opened its doors in Riga.

The hotel offers 125 rooms with themes of chess, music and newspapers. The hotel occupies a historic building, built in 1895, and its soundproofed rooms are decorated in a modern style.

“ “Ibis Riga Centre” is the first standardized 3-star hotel of the international hotel operator in Latvia,” commented Alexey Abasov (Abasov Oleksii), “the hotel is located in a very good location for a 3-star hotel. In the future, the occupancy of this hotel will only grow with the development of the Rail Baltic project and the creation of infrastructure around the railway station.”

The courtyard is equipped with the “Ibis” quarter, where various thematic events are held in summer.  Together with the hotel was opened and conceptual book and wine store – BOOKY, where you can buy books about art, music, sports, lifestyle and fashion.

In 2016 the “AccorHotels” chain renewed the design of all “Ibis” hotels around the world, and accordingly, “Ibis Riga Center” was opened to all new standards and designs.
